Here's how I match groups to boats when people call. Seven to 13 guests: the 52ft Marquis, full stop. It's the only one certified for that headcount, and the three decks keep a big group from ever feeling stacked. Two to six guests: both boats work, so pick by trip type. Day on the water with a swim stop and a sunset? The Marquis at $500/hr weekdays gives you the most boat for the money. Planning an overnight or a slower multi-day pace? Build the Invite List Like a Captain

Shell Key and Egmont Key sit about 30 to 40 minutes apart by yacht, and a 6 to 8 hour charter covers both with real time at each. Smaller groups tend to book the classic 4-hour windows instead.
